RCT Road Improvements Near Completion

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s latest road improvement projects are near completion.
During the past four weeks a total of six projects have been completed, including Barry Road, Pwllgwaun, Gadlys to Cwmdare and Blackmill Road in Hendreforgan.
Projects being undertaken on the A4059 at Penderyn and Capel Hill in Tonyrefail are due for an early completion this week.
Works are ongoing on the A4058 Brithweunydd Road, Trealaw and further resurfacing work is taking place along Church Road, Radnor Drive and Ruthin Way in Tonteg. Both of these schemes are due for completion this week.
Works will start on the B4275 Aberaman from Aberaman Bridge to Gasworks Road and also at Holford Street, Aberaman to complete the programme.
The roads will remain open to traffic during the works though temporary traffic lights will be in use. The work will deliver lasting improvements to the condition of the road for the many commuters and residents who use them on a daily basis.
