Signed Stereophonics Guitar for Auction

A guitar signed by rock group the Stereophonics is the latest item donated to Rhondda Cynon Taf’s Festive Charity Auction, which will be held at the Muni Arts Centre, Pontypridd, on Tuesday, December 9, 2008. The Fender Telecaster guitar kindly donated by the band is worth around £400 unsigned.

Individuals, businesses and organisations across South Wales have donated dozens of items to help raise funds on the auction night for the chosen charities of Rhondda Cynon Taf’s Mayor Cllr Margaret Davies – the British Heart Foundation, TEDs and the Special Baby Care Unit at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.

The auction gets underway at 7pm, with an opportunity to view the gifts from 6.30pm.

All are welcome on the night
